Located on the port of “Nice la belle”, their restaurant “Les pêcheurs” is most of all open on the Mediterranean, its products, its flavors, its light, its colours wich transform each dish into a celebration of latin culture. Furthermore, they share this part of the Mediterranean with Indochina and the Indian ocean in order to open ourselves to exotic flavors that make their cooking richer and audaciously creative.
We are particularly attentive and careful in choosing natural and fresh products which are essential in the reconciliation of the consumer with nature itself and original flavors.
