The 2010 Michelin guide
In the 2010 red guide, the restaurant received a “bib gourmand”.

The 4th of September: the port celebration “Lou Festin dou pouort”
Come and discover on the harbor of Nice, a popular and family festival. On this occasion, the harbor will welcome many food stands and events wich will animate the port life.
A firework and a popular ball will end this evening that has for theme the celebration of the 150 years unification of Nice to France.
Scheduled from 7  to midnight.

 Labels Collection Diadema are made with Swarovski crystals.
Every detail has been treated with great care and professionalism:
- Molds and production of labels are the result of advanced technology, fully Italian.
- The adhesive used was designed for the aviation industry. - Swarovski crystals are applied to the vintage and label by skilled craftsmen in the industry.
- Each label goes through internal quality control before being applied to the bottles.
History: Diadema rose is born from the meeting of the Giannotti family originally from the beautiful region of Tuscany, and Family Fabre, pure family winemakers of Provence d'Azur.
Tasting: Diadema Rose offers a light dress in fuchsia reflect a fresh nose of boiled sweets, citrus and orange zest, evolving after aeration with notes of ripe fruit with yellow flesh (peach, melon) and a creamy palate, dominated by a pretty bold. The set has a nice balance and finish persists on the fruit and freshness, after the unfolding of a complex range of aromas of great intensity. Diadema is a pink vintage charm of high-level combining fun, elegance and sensuality. This nectar to dress silky delight tasters.
A very nice bottle of a quality content is one of the container.
